What we collect about you

Your email address (to sign you in and send your digest), your plan and billing status (from Stripe — we never see or store your card number), the territories and filters you save, the statuses and notes you attach to leads, and ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested). If you join the waitlist we keep only your email and the plan you were interested in.

How we use it

To run the Service, bill you, send you sign-in links and the Monday digest, and answer support requests. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone except the processors below, and we do not use it for advertising.

Processors

Stripe (payments and invoices), Resend (transactional email), Railway (hosting, United States). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

The business data in the feed

The businesses listed in Fresh Filings come from public records of the Virginia State Corporation Commission. We add derived flags but do not add consumer data, phone numbers, email addresses, or data from any private source. If you are listed and have a question about how a record appears, the record itself is maintained by the SCC; you can write to us at the address below and we will review our derived flags for that record.

Retention and your choices

Account data is kept while your subscription is active and for 12 months after it ends, then deleted; Stripe retains billing records as required by law. You can cancel from your Account page, and you can ask us to delete your account and notes at any time by email.
