Fresh Filings · effective September 11, 2026 · RVA Digital Works LLC
Fresh Filings ("the Service") is a subscription feed of business-entity filings compiled from public records of the Virginia State Corporation Commission, with derived flags (such as whether a filing appears to have been made by the owner, whether an address appears deliverable, and whether a website was found). It is provided by RVA Digital Works LLC, Richmond, Virginia ("we", "us").
A subscription is for one business ("you") and the number of logins stated on your plan. You may use the data to market your own products and services. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the data or any substantial part of it, share logins outside your business, or use automated means to extract data beyond the exports the Service provides. Fair use is 2,000 exported rows per calendar month per account; we may throttle or suspend accounts that exceed it.
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial; your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; access continues to the end of the paid period and no partial-period refunds are given. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email.
The data is drawn from public records as filed with the Virginia SCC and is provided as-is. Filings contain errors; our derived flags are estimates. We make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, deliverability, or fitness for any purpose, and you are responsible for verifying information before relying on it and for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and any state do-not-contact rules. We do not supply consumer data, phone numbers, or email addresses.
We aim to publish each business day's filings the following business morning, but the Service depends on a public data source we do not control. Delays, gaps, or changes in that source are not a breach of these terms. We may modify or discontinue features with notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel at any time. Sections 2, 4, and 6 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Questions: hello@rvadigitalworks.com, RVA Digital Works LLC, Richmond, VA.
